TNA fans in the United States and Canada are encouraged to double check their digital video recorder presets for upcoming episodes of “TNA iMPACT!,” as the menu titles for TNA programming
might have changed on certain cable and satellite providers to either “TNA iMPACT!” or “TNA Wrestling".
The breach of contract lawsuit that Sal Corrente’s WrestleReunion brought upon Live Nation is set to go to jury today, reports PWInsider.com. Closing arguments will be made today by both sides. WrestleReunion’s lawsuit claims that breach of contract took place after they signed a contract to work with Clear Channel Entertainment Television. CCET was meant to handle the production end of the WrestleReunion events while Corrente and WrestleReunion, LLC would handle the promoting side. The lawsuit alleges that Clear Channel "intended to spin off or dissolve CCET, thereby making it impossible to produce and distribute WrestleReunion events." Had they known this, WrestleReunion states that they would have not entered the relationship with Clear Channel and as a result of their signing the agreement, they’ve suffered damages including "loss of revenue, incurred expenses, loss of profits, and loss of business opportunities".
