WWE Spokesperson Defends The Low 9/28 Raw Rating

As we reported several days ago, last week’s Raw broadcast, which was hosted by Al Sharpton, drew a very low 3.1 cable rating, which is the lowest the show has drawn since last November. The New York Post has published an article on the rating, calling Al Sharpton a "ratings turkey," however, a WWE spokesperson had the following to say in the ratings’ defense: "Yes we were low, but Monday Night Football really had a lot to do with it."

It will be interesting to see how tomorrow night’s Raw draws going up against a huge Monday Night Football game with The Minnesota Vikings hosting The Green Bay Packers.
