Ever since TNA released Angelina Love, reports have surfaced both here and on other various websites claiming that Love had somewhat of a bad reputation and attitude backstage in TNA. In an update provided by The Wrestling Observer, it seems that most people backstage in TNA felt that Love’s character on-screen with The Beautiful People was basically an exaggerated version of her real life personality. The reason why TNA pushed her and Velvet Sky together as much as they did, however, was because management felt that the two worked very well together on TV and got over very well with the fans.
In an update to the current Lacey Von Erich/Beautiful People situation, it’s being said that TNA has plans to run more vignettes with the group as opposed to wrestling matches since management is concerned with how inexperienced Von Erich is when it comes to working in the ring.
Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
