Another Bragging Rights Live Report: Dark Match Results

Hi! I attended Bragging Rights live in Pittsburgh tonight, I just thought I’d send you some tidbits.

Dark Match: Christian successfully defended the ECW title again Paul Burchill.

I honestly was not looking forward to attending this PPV, but it wound up being an awesome PPV to see live. The crowd was very Pro-Cena, I failed at every attempt for a let’s go Orton chant. Considering the last iron man match in Pittsburgh was Benoit vs HHH on Monday night raw (it was not that exciting), this Iron Man match kept our interests the whole time.

I thought Batista turning heel would’ve cause more heat on him, but the crowd really didn’t seem to care.

After the event, my buddy and I watched the wrestlers leave. The Pittsburgh Steelers who were on Raw hosting a few weeks ago were there backstage. All the wrestlers waved to the crowd which shocked me, especially Dibiase. He smiled when I was the first to cheer for him. I was proud to yell Jack Sthwagger, he didn’t seem to care, then I called him the All American Douchebag, which made him smile and lift a hand in the air. The Miz drew some heat outside since he is a Browns fan. To my surprise, John Cena left through this entrance (not many main eventers leave at this certain gate). More surprising is that Cody Rhodes and him left together and Cody was driving. I have pictures to prove that if interested.

I can’t really rate biggest pops and heat as most people can, I honestly didn’t pay attention to that. I did notice the crowd was defeaning when Kofi ran out to come to Cena’s aid. I believe that was the biggest pop of the night.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
