As of right now, according to F4WOnline.com, Vince McMahon is scheduled to be at RAW on Monday to cut a promo building up Bret Hart’s return the following week (Jan. 4th) on RAW.
Depending on the promo, we could gauge an idea on how Bret Hart is coming in and how he’ll be used, although many seem to feel it’s obvious which route WWE will go.
