New TNA star Jeff Hardy’s drug arrest went to the grand jury yesterday in his home state of North Carolina. The jury found that there was in fact enough evidence to indict Hardy. The case has officially been sent to the Superior Court, according to a spokesman with the Moore County Court. Hardy’s case will be officially on the docket within a week.
