Former WWE Head Of Security, Jimmy Noonan, wished to take the first few moments of "Noonan Speaks" this week to wish a happy birthday to one of his close friends in the wrestling industry, current SmackDown superstar & former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, "The Animal" Dave Batista. Birthday greetings out of the way, the star of the "cult-classic" Super Troopers wanted to get down to business & address the important subjects & topics that wrestling fans around the world have been buzzing about for the past several days.

After appearing on the first edition of TNA iMPACT of the Hulk Hogan/Eric Bischoff era, Jeff Hardy has not been seen since, and rumors have been swirling about him going back to World Wrestling Entertainment & not staying in TNA Wrestling as first thought. Before returning to any promotion, Hardy has some legal issues to clear up in March. Jimmy was asked by The Mayhem Crew about "The Charismatic Enigma" & where he is the most likely to end up in 2010: "Everybody wants Jeff Nero Hardy. Vince would be stupid to not want Jeff Hardy. Dixie Carter, Hulk Hogan, & Eric Bischoff would be stupid not to want Jeff Hardy. He has a huge following as sort of this artistic enigma. He is as talented as any wrestler in history. He sells merchandise. He is well liked backstage, and most importantly, he is well-liked in the locker room. Everybody loves Jeff Hardy, but there is a nasty word that has so many meanings & definitions. It’s a crazy little word called ‘liability.’ Right now Jeff Hardy is a liability, and there are well too many questions surrounding his life in general and his actions & behavior in particular."

Bret Hart made his triumphant return to the WWE on January 4th, and on his official Facebook page he said that there some sense of real closure with the company for the first time since "The Montreal Screwjob," but it is far from over with the Chairman o f the WWE, Vince McMahon. Jimmy was one of the first prognosticators that called it correctly, saying all roads lead to "The Hitman" vs. McMahon at WrestleMania XXVI. "We do have a precedent set for this, and it was at WrestleMania XIX. There was this long-standing animosity between Vince McMahon & Hulk Hogan. And they started building a few months before that this little storyline, and interesting enough, just I called for Bret & Vince at this coming Wrestlemania, the Wikipeidia page for WrestleMania XIX reads that the seventh match of the night was a Street Fight between Hulk Hogan & WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon. Hogan won the match, and there was no more animosity between Vince McMahon and Hulk Hogan, because they rewrote history. Vince put him over, and the interesting part was that Piper did the run-in, so what’s gonna happen at this one? We all know what’s gonna happen. Shawn Michaels is gonna’ run in & hit the other guy…it’s all so perfect. It’s their chance to re-write history & to put an what was an ugly situation 12 years ago come out positive, and everyone comes out smelling like a rose."
