…continued from page one

We then get a long intermission and right as it seems we’re going to start the PPV taping, Moxley & Kendrick storm the ring once again. Moxley calls out Tommy Dreamer. Kendrick says he doesn’t need to prove anything to Dreamer because Dreamer sold his soul ten years ago. They eventually bail to the back. Kevin Harvey then tells us that wasn’t really how they wanted to start things so they’re going to have one more dark match.

d. TJP vs. Gran Akuma: Lots of stiff strikes by both men and Akuma shines in this little sprint. TJP gets the win however as he submits Akuma with what looked like a modified Indian Deathlock or Cloverleaf.

Now the taping finally begins.

1. CIMA & Super Crazy vs. Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw: Fantastic opener. CIMA spends most of the match trying to instigate a fight with Quack who was on the apron for much of the first part of the match. Super Crazy was so damn hilarious. At one point while CIMA has Quack in a submission, Crazy enters the ring, picks up a very small piece of streamer from the mat and goes back to his corner, drawing an "OCD!" chant. Later, he grabbed a pair of thunderstix from the table and beat the hell out of Jigsaw with them, even hitting Bryce a few times when he tried to intervene. Great action mixed with boatloads of entertainment. Quackenbush gets the win, pinning Super Crazy with a grounded crucifix following an errant CIMA superkick on Super Crazy.

2. Brian Kendrick vs. Jimmy Jacobs: Kendrick gets on the mic before the match and notes the similarities in personality between he and Jimmy. Kendrick notes that he didn’t watch tapes to try and get a psychological edge, instead he just called Lacey who walks out to the ring. Jimmy attacks Kendrick in a rage and the match begins. Definitely Kendrick’s best outing so far but still nothing really special. Spends most of the time on offense, beating down a psyched out Jimmy. Finish comes when Jacobs has The End TIme locked in on Kendrick, Lacey enters the ring to distract Jimmy, she kisses him, Kendrick blindsides Jimmy and nails him with a Sliced Bread #2.

After the match, Jon Moxley comes out and levels Lacey with a lariat. They go to leave but Jimmy gets on the mic and mentions something about Kendrick’s wife. Kendrick flips and he and Moxley start beating on Jimmy some more until Tommy Dreamer comes onto the stage. He and Moxley stare each other down long enough for Jacobs to recover and take out Kendrick. Moxley and Dreamer brawl all over the building with Dreamer getting the best of Moxley for the most part but Moxley getting the advantage at one point, only to be DDT’ed in the center of the ring. Dreamer poses for the crowd as "Man In The Box" plays.
