JR, I’m sure you’ve heard by now about how TNA turned over an email from Jim Cornette to the authorities because he was ranting about wanting to kill Vince Russo. Now the authorities consider Cornette a potential terrorist? You’ve known Cornette for many years and I’m sure he must have gone off about Russo to you personally a time or two. It just seems to be his personal obsession. But I’m not thinking its more than that. Cornette posted the whole email (which he wrote to Terry Taylor) on his website. I’m thinking the whole thing is an overreaction. Jim thought he was writing a private email to a friend in the business and you know boys will say things amongst each other. What do you think?
J.R.’s Answer:
JC has an intense temper at times. I wish he had not expressed himself in the forum that he did but I do not believe for a second that Jim seriously considers ‘murdering’ anyone and this ill conceived deal is over blown to a large part.
