After a commercial, Edge is still in the ring screaming for Jericho to come back out and face him. He says this has gone on between them for far too long, and asks how many times they have cost each other a title, or how many years they took off of each others’ lives. and it has to end tonight. Jericho comes out and says they finally agree on something, and it will end for Edge tonight. Jericho says Wade Barrett basically admitted that Nexus is as successful as they are because of Jericho’s advice. He says all he has to do is ask and Nexus will come out and take Edge out and end his career. Edge says they might disagree and that they might like what he has to offer. He says they might not like hearing Jericho say he is responsible for all their success.
Nexus comes out to the ring and Barrett tells them not to argue, because Nexus would be lucky to call either one of them an ally. Barrett says Jericho was right, they wouldn’t take years off of Edge’s career, they would end it, and they all go after Edge and beat him in the middle of the ring. Skip spears his to the ground and then Jericho locks him in the Walls of Jericho, then they stare down Jericho and Barrett tells him Edge was also right. He says they also want to shut him up too and they surround Jericho, and Jericho tries attacking Barrett before the numbers take over. Nexus picks up Jericho and Barrett screams in his face then punches him to the mat. Otunga picks him up and hits an Uranage slam, and Barrett says Jericho didn’t teach him anything, then they leave the ring and go to the back.
Nexus heads into their locker room and Barrett gets approached by Josh Mathews. He says eventhough they are the most dominate group in the WWE’s history, he says with the risk of trying not to offend him, does he he think any individual in Nexus can beat Mark Henry? Barrett says everyone is quaking in their boots because of them, and that is exactly what Henry is doing now. Barrett says he is going to write a new chapter in WWE history, and it will not end well for Mark Henry. Barrett tries to go into the locker room again but this time is stopped by Sheamus. Sheamus tells him to relax and he only came to have a conversation, and he has a proposal for him. Barrett tells him to step into his office, and Sheamus changes his mind and says he will wait outside.
John Cena is on the Titantron and is talking with Michael Cole. Cena says he won’t complain because he brought everything on himself. He says if he shook hands with Barrett none of this would happen. He says all of the attacks are his fault and he needs to meet Nexus in the ring because he has something to say to them. Cena says he is doing it because they cost him everything and made him miserable, and says their slogan is "you’re Nexus, or you’re against us." He looks distraught and says right now, he is saying that if you can’t beat ’em… and walks away as we go to another commercial.
