Evan Bourne defeated Zack Ryder in what was described as a good match, via his Airbourne finisher for a clean pinfall, in a match that is likely for next week’s “WWE Superstars” show on WGN.
The match was taped after the conclusion of the live edition of Raw that aired on Monday (July 26) from San Antonio, Texas.
If WWE is sending matches to the ring in sequential order, due to taping two weeks’ worth of Raw and Superstars in San Antonio, then the Bourne-Ryder match is for next week’s Superstars, which has an August 5 air-date.
We’ll confirm the air-date for the bout as soon as further information from the double-TV taping becomes available.
