Jillian Hall comes out for a Diva’s Championship match & reminds everyone she was already was a Divas Champion once and says she ready for the chance again because she’s not afraid & starts singing the Eminem song of the same name but Melina interrupts. Melina defeats Jillian with her finisher in a better than most Divas match. LayCool appears on the big screen with Michelle saying they aren’t sorry for what they did at Summerslam and have an offer for Melina at the 900 Episode celebration.
Miz backstage promo and spins the ego comment from Cena saying he could’ve cashed in on Sheamus at SummerSlam but didn’t because he had the best interest of Team WWE in mind. Miz wants John Cena to pay for humilating & costing him his chance of glory at SummerSlam.
Nexus comes out but before a word is said the GM rings in and says he was impressed by Nexus solo performances last week and lifts the ban on them not getting title matches. Wade Barrett declares that the truce between them and Sheamus is over.
John Cena vs. The Miz. Miz dominating most of the match except for the occasional reversal by Cena which Miz shuts down quickly. Match ends when Cena does his typical routine into the 5 Jnuckle Shuffle, afterwards going for an Attitude Adjustment close to the ropes with Miz getting to the apron and going outside for a breather when Daniel Bryan runs in behind him and Miz walks into him with Miz going for a cheap shot but Daniel reversing with a forearm & throwing him back back to Cena for the Attitude Adjustment when the bell rings for the DQ. Bryan locks in a variathon of the Crossface on Miz. Cena and Daniel Bryan stand tall. Afterwards when the Miz is barely getting back up to his feet Daniel Byran runs back in and puts him into that same crossface again. Not sure if that last part will be on the broadcast.
Kozlov & Santino beat The Usos in a great showing for the Usos. During the finsh Santino got thrown to the outside with Kozlov got the pin. Afterwards one of The Usos wanted to attack Santino when Tamina stps him and helps Santino to his feet, making sure he was ok. Before leaving ringside Santino winks at Tamina which she in returns draws a heart on her hands, closes it, makes it into a blowdart, & blows a kiss to Santino. Santino then acts like the “dart” sunk part of his face with Kozlov trying to left part of his cheek with Santino pulling it down.
