Ross Report: 900th Raw Surprises, NXT 2 Winner, More

The following are some excerpts from the latest WWE.com “Ross Report,” from WWE Hall Of Fame announcer Jim Ross:

What surprises can we expect to see Monday night in Boston for Raw’s 900th episode? It will be interesting to see what clips from the past make air and if any surprise, special guests make cameos. Monday Night Raw is a strong franchise that has meant as much to sports-entertainment as Monday Night Football has meant to the NFL. Remember the days when Raw utilized a three-man broadcast booth in a variety of incarnations? Could there be a Rob Bartlett sighting in Beantown Monday night?

Who will win the NXT finale next Tuesday night emanating from lovely, Albany, N.Y.? That’s going to be largely up to the voters on www.wwe.com or at least I hope so because a caucus of wrestlers normally can’t agree on what to have for lunch. Kaval is the most skilled of the three remaining finalists because of his experience, but Alex Riley and Michael McGillicutty, if that is his real name, are, without question, keepers and should make their mark some day in WWE.
