WWE Raw House Show Results (8/29): Newark, NJ

Just got back from the Raw house show at the prudential center in Newark NJ. Nice little arena. Can’t see a ppv there but great for a house show. WWE pulled out all the stops tonight. Raw GM angle, all of Nexus, the whole RAW roster and a cage! Every match (with the exception of Henry vs Regal) was back n forth and had a PPV feel all night

•Morrison defeated Ted "it’s a new day" Dibiasie with the star ship pain.

•Miz retained his US title against Bourne when Bourne missed the shooting star

•Henry squashed Regal

•Y2J cuts a heal promo against Cena. Cena comes down and is attacked from behind when he hits the ring by Shaemus. Then the nexus beat the hell out of Jericho until Daniel Bryan and Orton make the save. The RAW GM chimes in and makes a double main event. (Cage match for the WWE title with cena and a 6 man Raw vs Nexus tag). Jericho grabs the mic and says "Y2J returns tonight!" and remains a face the rest of the evening.

•Orton/Bryan/Jericho defeat Barrett/Tarver/Gabriel when Orton punts Tarver. Great match. Fans went nuts for the faces. All 3 of them!

•Yoshi defeated Zach Ryder

•Melina retains her Divas title against Alicia Fox

•The Harts retain their Tag Titles vs The Uso twins with the Hart attack.

•Sheamus retains his WWE title against Cena after nexus invades the cage and Sheamus sneaks out! Cena the. Cleared house with Attitude Adjustments and sent the fans home happy.

I’m getting so sick of leaving WWE events to Cenas music lol. Overall great show!

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
