Scott Wagner sent along the following live notes from this week’s WWE Raw in Wichita, Kansas:
Went to the Raw show in Wichita tonight. Crowd was pretty good, very hot for Cena. I missed the opening dark match but I have to say I really enjoyed the Superstars taping. I’ve always been a Regal fan and the tag match with the Harts and the Usos was a good, solid tag team match. It probably won’t get aired but they did tease some tension between Kid and Hart after the match.
The main event dark match was Orton vs. Sheamus. It was a good match but I have to admit I was a little disappointed that they didn’t use Edge instead of Sheamus or at least make it a triple threat. Sheamus had triple duty tonight and I was getting a little tired of seeing him. His match with Daniel Bryan was totally bogus. Way to bury your US Champion. Why not book Primo or Darren Young in this spot and then put Bryan in the Battle Royal. Sure he still doesn’t get the win but he looks totally weak coming off his PPV victory and Sheamus could have had the same boost with any undercard guy on the roster.
