For those curious, the CM Punk injury happened when Punk took a DDT from Edge at the Bragging Rights pay-per view.
Apparently it was a fluke occurance, as Punk took what appeared to be a normal bump. Afterwards he grabbed his hip and was in what was said to be serious pain from that point forward.
