Davey Richards Update
ROH officials just received word from Davey Richards regarding his medical condition following the ROH World Title Match at “Final Battle 2010†where Roderick Strong dropped him through a table at ringside. As reported Saturday night (http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/post-final-battle-update-on-davey-richards/), Richards was encouraged to seek medical attention but refused to go to the hospital.
Today officials got word that Richards, upon returning home, did indeed receive the medical attention he needed and has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 Concussion and a ruptured eardrum. On the positive side, officials have also been informed that Richards should be able to compete by January 14th & 15th when we return to Virginia and North Carolina in 2011.
