Daniel Bryan Stripped of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

wwe raw reaction Well, it looks like Daniel Bryan will be on the shelf for a little longer than WWE wants. This is actually pretty good for many reasons. Daniel Bryan will be off of television and come back to a huge pop when he is ready to go. This reign will not be seen as a disappointment because of how big his win at WrestleMania XXX was. He needs to stay off of television until WWE SummerSlam. Daniel Bryan could come back and get his championship rematch at SummerSlam. The question is this: Who will be champion? This needed to happen and the championship match at Money in the Bank will be very interesting. Hopefully, they will make the rest of the opponents fresh and interesting to the fans.

Sheamus defeated Bad News Barrett to Qualify for Money in the Bank

This was a really good match, again, between Sheamus and Barrett. Barrett gets more popular as the weeks go by. A heavyweight fight is what we got here between the two men. Sheamus was on the attack and went up top and missed Barrett on the outside. He crashes on the barricade and Sheamus barely makes the ten count. Barrett hits Wasteland for another two count. Bullhammer time, but he misses and Sheamus hits White Noise. Barrett kicks out again, but Sheamus hits a Brogue Kick out of nowhere.

What a great match. I can't say enough about how good both guys are in the ring together. Sheamus can be bashed because his gimmick is running dry, but his ring work is fantastic. He is strong, athletic and rarely misses his spots. Well done from both guys. For Barrett, please give him a viable opponent for the IC Title. Make his feud interesting and not have the mistake of him losing tonight affect his championship reign.

Rusev Crushes Zack Ryder

Lana and Rusev continues to impress me. Lana makes fun of Obama and puts over Putin. Rusev talks a little bit before beating Zack Ryder. Do not compare Rusev to Vladimir Kozlov anymore. Kozlov was not athletic, not agile and had no mouthpiece. Rusev has a bigger upside than he did. Yes, the squash matches are getting old. I can see Rusev vs. John Cena at SummerSlam. What else will Cena do? This would be HUGE for Rusev.

Goldust and R-Truth lose to Rybaxel

All this is doing is killing time for Cody or Goldust to turn heel on the other. This is a different way to split up brothers, but I actually find it interesting. They are prolonging this until SummerSlam, where they will face off. Even though the matches are not interesting and lack entertainment, it should ultimately benefit in the long run.
