"Ruthless Aggression"

After a successful sprint through the Ohio Valley Wrestling developmental promotion, John Cena made his WWE debut on June 27, 2002. After Mr. McMahon gave a speech pressing the future generations to display a more intense "ruthless aggression", a 25-year-old Cena stormed the ring and challenged Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle to a match.

Cena lost the match, but in a close contest that definitely displayed the ruthless aggression McMahon was looking for in a future main event star.
