I don't think this is as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. TNA will be able to find plenty of places to host Impact. The problem is that staying on the road is expensive. There's a reason they returned to Orlando when they did. They have until March to figure out what they're going to do, as the UK Tour will see Impact taped for the next two months, but they will want to get locations hammered out in the coming weeks so there's enough time to advertise.
Lesnar-Undertaker Not Happening?

Lesnar-Undertaker was the one match I think most of us thought was a sure thing for WrestleMania 30, as it's been promoted by various news sites for a long time. There's a lot of serious and legitimate concern that Lesnar could be too brutal for Undertaker to handle. Some have said that 'Taker withstood the Hell in a Cell match with Triple H two years ago, and delivered one of the best matches of the year in the process. Brock's physicality is much different than that of the Game however. A lot of Lesnar's offense is throws and suplexes, and he's been known to lay into some of his right hands and elbows. His finishing move – the F5 – would be enough to put a few things on the Undertaker's body out of position.
So who does the Deadman face at WrestleMania? For that matter, who does Brock Lesnar face? John Cena has been discussed for both, but neither is likely. Lesnar-Cena happened Brock's first match back, and John really has nothing to gain from going over again. I like the idea of pushing younger, newer stars at this year's event. Sheamus has been out of the picture for months, and a big return program starting at the Royal Rumble could make for a great mini-feud with 'Taker heading into April. Probably not the most popular match for a lot of fans who don't care about the "Great White", but he's a great worker and the match could be a show-stealer. Sheamus-Lesnar also works pretty well, if WWE doesn't want to turn him heel, which I suggest against.
