CM Punk defeated Ryback in a street fight. This seemed like a similar match from the previous night without a cell around them. The match was primarily dominated by Punk who is going to stop feuding with Ryback. Thankfully, we have Punk in another feud immediately.

Punk Needs To Help Wyatt

CM Punk gets attacked by The Wyatt Family. Earlier in the night, they attacked Daniel Bryan backstage and that shocked me. I was certain Bryan would still try and capture the WWE Championship. He may be in the conversation still but WWE seems to be giving this unique group of men a MASSIVE push. Bray Wyatt is fantastic in many ways and has proven it by feuding with Kane, keep relevant with little to do and maintaining his mystique. If WWE goes ahead with Punk feuding after this attack on Raw, it will be perfect for a young guy like Wyatt. Punk picked up two straight wins on Pay-Per-View and next month is Survivor Series. You can protect Harper and Rowan in a match with Punk, not showing their weaknesses. Bray and Punk in the ring will be fun to watch because of the unique styles both men possess. Who do you add? Punk and Bryan? How many do you have in the match? 4-4 or 5-5. Do they try for a 6-6 and add Shield members? There are many questions with no answers but that is a good thing at this point. We are finally getting fresh feuds.

Grade: A

Kane quickly beats The Miz and says that he wants Stephanie to unleash the monster. He walks up to her and takes his mask off. Stephanie grins and that is the end of it. I want Kane to keep the mask on but be a heel. He will be a guy that tried to stop Big Show, no doubt. Will he be a protector to The Authority? That would be intriguing and would let The Shield be involved but to a smaller extent so they can continue to branch off into other feuds. This is all about the layers of stories that comes back to the main one.

Grade: B-
