CM Punk defeated Chris Jericho

Reaction: The best in the World is back in the WWE. At first, I felt the match was going much slower than normally with Punk and Jericho. We have been able to see these guys work together numerous times. Nonetheless, the pace of the match picked up thanks to Jericho targeting Punk's lower body. Jericho hits a double axe handle smash and a bulldog, then he taunts the crowd and goes for a Lionsault, which Punk counters into a DDT. Punk is able to be "vintage" and hit a corner knee strike. After some nifty reversals, Punk is able to lock in the Anaconda Vice but Jericho fights out and hits a Codebreaker. Back and forth we go, Jericho kicks out of a GTS and Punk fights out of a Walls of Jericho. At this point, I really did not know who was going to win. My belief was suspended and I was really focused on how this would play out. Jericho puts him in the Walls of Jericho, then Punk punches him and breaks it before hitting the Go To Sleep two consecutive times for the win. This was such a great battle, a tough fight, and one that really brought out the best in both men. I was a really big fan of how the end came, with Jericho so close AGAIN. Jericho is the best loser in the WWE. CM Punk is the best winner. WWE needed Punk back and needed him badly. Now, where does Punk's first feud focus on? Is it Cena? Axel? Bryan? Lesnar? Who does he target next? That is why I am excited for his arrival on Raw because we have no idea where they will go.
