Wrestlezone’s Top 10: Forgettable Superstars of the Decade

Number 8: Sylvester Terkay

July 2006- January 2007

Sylvester Terkay

Given Elijah Burke in his corner, this massive man was supposed to be an MMA Fighter. He came into the WWE with a badass look, but no personality. A watered down version of today’s Brock Lesnar, Terkay never got over with the crowd. He had a physical presense in the ring, but failed to realize how to protect his opponents. His first victory was against Matt Hardy on Smackdown. He would be undefeated until The Hardy’s defeated him and Burke on ECW. His only PPv appearance was on ECW’s December to Dismember. I remember buying that horrific event and watching Terkay look stiffer than Hacksaw’s wood. (Insert joke here.) That is all Terkay accomplished. Huge failure, to say the least.
