New: “He Said/She Said” Feat. Quotes From WWE/TNA Stars

Doing written commentary two-three times a week is harder than some might think, especially when you've done it as long as I have. Some of you might also attribute that to my lack of wrestling knowledge or "downright stupidness" as one emailer put it.

In either case, I reserve the option to mix it up a bit from time to time. An attempt to stir up my creative juices.

Introducing my new "He Said/She Said" editorial. It's not replacing my "What's Bothering Me" features, but rather, these will be shuffled in my weekly routine. And given the endless amount of verbal B.S. this week, I thought there was no better time to debut it.

It's a simple concept, too — I'll be listing current quotes from (primarily) WWE and TNA superstars, and giving my reaction to those quotes.

Let's get started:

Bully RayBully Ray Likens Aces & Eights To Four Horsemen

Current TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bully Ray says to SunHerald.com: "When it's all said and done, Aces & Eight will be a great faction in the same breath as the Four Horsemen, NWO and D-Generation X."

Why not kickstart this new feature the right way — with the funniest line of 2013?

I'm sure Bully Ray has noticed his increased stock and credibility as of late, but he needs NOT get carried away! Being given the blessing from a hard-to-please IWC doesn't earn you the right to spew any garbage you want.

Some people…give them an inch, they'll take a mile.

It'd be one thing if this was said during a promo, but how Bully Ray can say this in a shoot setting of any kind, and NOT laugh, if laughable. Maybe he's living the gimmick?

The Aces & Eights are a complete joke of a group, with the exception being the very man who's trying to sell us this crap in the first place.

I love Bully Ray, the character, but the BS Meter is off the charts with this one. And I refuse to believe he didn't know that when he said it.
