WWE SmackdownThe Undercard:

Antonio Cesaro defeated Kofi Kingston. As Antonio continues to lead the mid card division in the WWE, it seems like Kofi Kingston continues to be lost in the shuffle. These guys had some excellent matches against one another, primarily when Kingston was the Intercontinental Champion. I really enjoy the work of Cesaro, including his rugged and unique offensive attacks. Cesaro controlled most of the match until Kingston was able to hit S.O.S on him. Instead of having Cesaro dominate the match, he ended up catching Kingston off the ropes and connected with a Neutralizer. There just was not a lot of great chemistry in the match, seemed forced, and was just an average 6 minute match. Grade: C+

The Great Khali defeated Tensai in the most ridiculous match I have seen in a long time. This shows you how awful some of the show can be when Tensai and Khali get a few minutes on TV. What is the point of this slow and boring match? The crowd cares nothing about Khali, and cares less about Tensai. Yeah, put these guys on instead of Gabriel, Hawkins, Ryder, Truth, or ANY OTHER ACTUAL WRESTLER. Grade: F

The Miz defeated Primo. Before the match, Primo and Epico talk to Miz and basically bash him. I found this extremely random, especially with neither guy really involved with the other. Miz has never had any feud with Primo or Epico. What is the point of having a tag team try to bash The Miz. This was illogical and a bad choice for Miz's opponent. The match was decent, with the Miz actually getting beaten down a good bit by Primo. He was grounded early in the match, with Primo able to showcase his mat technique. The Miz would fight back and end up winning with a great clothesline in the corner, followed by Skull Crushing Finale. The match was decent, but the pairing has no long term interest and intrigue. Grade: C

Kaitlyn defeated Aksana in a non title match. Kaitlyn continues to be the new face of the Divas division. She struggled getting out of the gates early, but it did not take long for Kaitlyn to get back onto the offensive. Her biggest strength is her power. She needs to continue to dominate matches instead of fighting back and looking like Wonder Woman. I would rather see her build a Diva up the right way, instead of the Cena way. Grade: C
