– Jeff Hardy was named Wrestler of the Year for TNA, much to the dismise of Bobby Roode. They have an exchange in the ring, but the big piece is that it will be an Elimination Triple Threat Match between him, Roode, and Aries. I was a little upset at how this all went, with a backstage segment and not really anything for the live crowd. You take out your three best talents and fill the rest of the night with mediocrity. People WANT to see all three of these guys wrestle, but got none of them tonight. These are the guys fighting for your World Heavyweight Championship. Come on Hulk, lets take the spotlight off of you once in a while. I was really frustrated this was not getting much exposure tonight. Grade: C
–Hulk Hogan comes out, and is followed by Brooke and Bully Ray. Hogan says there is a man code, and he broke it by not telling Hulk about it. He says that Bully does not deserve to be in the business anymore, and he indefinitely suspends Bully. He is pissed off and leaves. Uhh, are you kidding me? This is the best you can come up with?! Hogan is like a pot calling the kettle black. This was absolutely ridiculous and makes NO sense to me. The actions of Ray are nothing that deals with whether he belongs in wrestling or not. Hogan could come up with something better. This angle is taking too long to build to the climax, too long to reach a conclusion, and now they are running out of logical and intelligent ideas. Bully Ray is getting great exposure with this, but there needs to be something big that happens. Maybe Ray joins Aces and Eights? Or will Ray try and stay as the good guy trying to win daddy over? Grade: C
