Title This: WWE Raw Reaction: Slammy Awards Edition

AJThe Main Event

AJ Lee was the main story of the night. She came out accepting an award, and said she did not need to explain why she did what she did. She talks about not caring what people think about her anymore. She ends up making out with Dolph Ziggler on the stage, and Ziggler embraces it after a few seconds. Vickie was irate. This would prompt Ziggler and Vickie to officially end their relationship, and make Vickie and Cena vs. AJ and Dolph for the main event.

The main event was not a great match whatsoever. Ziggler and Cena worked well together, similar to the pacing of a night ago. During the match, AJ walked out on Ziggler. Ziggler would hit multiple elbows to Cena, slowing him down. He set up for a superkick, and gets put into the STF. After this, AJ appears with a large man, named Big E Langston. Langston, an NXT superstar, comes out and attacks John Cena. Langston hits his finishing move onto Cena and would stand over his body as Raw goes off the air. I did not expect this whatsoever for a few reasons. Langston recently won the NXT Championship, so I figure his debut would not be until after Wrestlemania. Second, The Shield are still very new and very fresh so new superstars debuting would not really be needed. I was shocked to see Langston and hope for the best. I just fear that with all of the new guys, along with some part time veterans coming back soon that Langston may be mixed in with a meaningless and future-less feud. What will they do with him? There are so many questions, and I do not think they have the answers. I will still wait to decide how I feel about this, but at least it was something unexpected.
