John CenaJohn Cena In The Ring

What I Liked:

Even though he is not in the main event on Sunday, John Cena is still "the guy." Even without a direct involvement, this was a really good segment to tell everyone he is healthy and cleared to wrestle. That has been something we all have been wondering. They did not take away from Ryback, added some intrigue, and Punk completed it. We still know Cena vs. Punk is the main feud, but Ryback is still lingering. I fully expect him to end the night on a high note.

What I Disliked:

I agree with Ryback not talking, but he should have come out to chase off Punk. Would this be able to happen, with Punk escaping through the crowd, had he not hit a fan a few weeks ago? I think that is a valid point, and may be a reason this did not happen.

Justin Gabriel Defeats Antonio Cesaro

What I Liked:

This is definitely a shocker to me. I liked the match, but nothing amazing happened here. The action was solid, had Cesaro use his unique style to ground the more athletic Gabriel, and was able to put him against the ropes. A quick reversal, and a beautiful top rope finish gave Gabriel the finish.

What I Disliked:

This was not the right time for an upset, and was not really a great idea in my mind. Let's face it, Antonio Cesaro has been on such a roll lately. This somewhat deflates his push and shows you that he is not dominating. I am a fan of the upset from time to time, but to someone worthy. Gabriel is great in the ring, but we have not been given a reason to invest in him.
