Damien Sandow defeats Yoshi Tatsu

What I Liked:

Man, this guy flips the switch from a gentleman to a complete maniac. He has an excellent and unique character, one that threw Tatsu's head numerous times in the barricade. He continues to grow quickly.

What I Disliked:

Maybe I am wanting too much too soon, but did anyone care he beat Yoshi Tatsu? Where is the actual feud, the actual enemy of his?

Grade: B-

Alberto Del Rio def. Kane, Daniel Bryan, and Rey Mysterio to Become Number 1 Contender

What I Liked:

Talk about four guys who are good at their craft. Kane looks better and better each week, and you have to appreciate how he can hang and have the endurance to work with guys like Rey Mysterio and Daniel Bryan. Even though I bash the character progression of Del Rio, he has an excellent offensive set. He uses every part of his body to pick apart his opponents. Daniel Bryan becomes really creative with a running knee onto Kane to the outside. Rey gets a few quick pinfall attempts, and the match really picks up the pace during the latter part of the match. Bryan continued to shine throughout the match, but it was all about Mysterio. He connects with a double 619. Mysterio hits the finisher onto Bryan, but Ricardo drags out Mysterio. Del Rio picks up the victory and becomes the number one contender. What an excellent match in all aspects, one that words really do not give justice to. There was constant action from every angle.

What I Disliked:

I doubt Del Rio will face Sheamus one on one at Summerslam. If he does, that will be a completely huge mistake. I hope that they make this match for Smackdown in a week, and then add pieces to the main event at Summerslam. Look for a Triple Threat or Fatal Four Way at Summerslam. I do not like the idea of a bland character such as Del Rio get ANOTHER chance at Sheamus. Sheamus would benefit much more with a feud from a favorite like Mysterio, or even a polarizing figure like Kane. Del Rio still has not evolved the way WWE wanted him to.
