James Storm– AJ and Dixie are seen backstage talking. AJ says he is tired of hiding and hurting people in the proces. Dixie says she will figure it all out.

James Storm (20 points) Wins the BFG Gauntlet Match

What I Liked:

This is difficult to break down because there were so many matches inside matches, so I am going to talk about the actual series itself. James Storm was a great pick to win this gauntlet because he needs immediate attention back to him. When he took some time off, they did all they could to keep him in our minds. But, like most things, out of sight and out of mind. He starts off the BFG series with the victory and will lead for quite some time I feel. When you look at the roster, I really agree with most of the men, especially Anderson, Angle, Bully Ray, and Jeff Hardy. You need those main players to stand out from the pack each week. This also creates new feuds and different matches to look forward to. Also, it was a nice touch at the end to talk about coming back and why he did it, which is for himself and his daughter. They are really booking him to be a super face for a very long time.

What I Disliked:

Why is Pope in this series? I wonder when the last time he was on TNA TV in any sort of meaningful way. Also, Robbie E is going to be buried each week, collecting losses by the names mentioned earlier. I just do not feel it is necessary to have 2 basic squash guys on the roster. and surround their career with loss after loss. I would much rather have 12 guys where you can honestly think that they can win. This is like having the 40 man Royal Rumble, knowing only 5 are likely to win.

Grade: B+

TNA Knockouts Championship: Miss Tessmacher def. Madison Rayne

What I Liked:

Miss Tessmacher has an excellent look. She is athletic, toned, and really looks like she can kick some ass with her skinny physique. The match was simple, with only a few moves from each lady. Nice reversal in the middle of the match with Tessmacher hitting a neckbreaker. That needs to be a move all Knockouts use, because a neckbreaker is easy to execute and always looks good. That is an underrated move, and Tessmacher used it like a pro.

What I Disliked:

You can tell this was going to be a quick match and nothing more. I was okay with the match, even though the crowd did not care and quite frankly, I did not. I understand Miss Tessmacher just won the title, but let's not waste time and book her next feud.

Grade: B

-Brooke is backstage and says Gail can take a little break, because she is not facing Tessmacher next week.
