Beth Phoenix vs. Eve for the WWE Divas Championship:

What I Liked:

The match featured two divas who look like they could go back and forth, and not have an overpowering divas face off against a barbie type competitor. Also, the athleticism of Eve and her ability to hold her own was refreshing to see, and not rely on Beth. The outside brawling was also a new asset into the typical diva match. It shows aggression and a bit of surprise.

What I Disliked:

Although the back and forth action was fast and much better, they still missed some spots. Eve looks like she over thinks situations, which causes her to delay her moves. I also did not like the WWE.com segment before the match, because it shows that they still want Kelly Kelly to be seen, which is not necessary for this specific match. We should get a fatal four way at Survivor Series, with Eve, Beth, Kelly, and Natalya. This is the only way to continue to focus on these four divas without becoming repetitive and bland.

Sheamus vs. Christian:

What I Liked:

I cannot recall a bad Christian match as of late. Sheamus and Christian have great timing and chemistry with one another, especially with the difference in size and speed. They make it work, and you continue to see the focus on building Sheamus even more as possibly the next World Champion. Christian is the master of reversals, and Sheamus is really great at carrying the offensive load. I like how Sheamus basically has two finishers, and he wins tonight with the Brogue Kick.

What I Disliked:

Christian is better suited as being the underdog, trying to overcome the opponent's offense. Sheamus is better at carrying the offensive load, but this match he seemed to pull a Super Cena, and quickly overcome and win. Other than the outcome and scripted moves in the match at incorrect times, the match was overall solid. I feel like it had no meaning, even though Sheamus continues to win in emphatic fashion.
