Karen Jarrett

One Immortal Step Up

First of all, I like Karen Jarrett, the performer.  She's believable (Jeff, I'm not calling your wife a bitch).  She seems to have a natural ability to make fans despise her and it works in the role they've put her in on Impact Wrestling.  The "Knockouts Law" gimmick didn't work in the past, but it was Tracy Brooks and that should say enough about why.

People still remember Jeff Jarrett as the original owner of TNA and if they ever tried to forget, he made sure to remind them over and over again.  Marrying Karen helped transfer some of his perceived power to her.  It also transfered some of his heat.  Kurt Angle is beloved by wrestling fans, despite any personal problems he may have or has had in the past, and what might bring Karen genuine resentment from those with any sort of moral compass at all, makes her a perfect heel for television.

To top it all off, she sounded off on Hulk Hogan this week in a response to some comments Hogan made regarding Kurt's recent DUI arrest.  She reached out for a public interview to "set the record straight" and apparently wants to expose Hulk Hogan for being a liar.  She must have stroke and knows it.  Either that, or she has some massive balls and hides them really well.  Seeing as how the latter theory isn't appropriate to discuss on this forum, I'll take the first possibility.

She seems to enjoy her work and I wouldn't think ruffling feathers with anyone in TNA management, much less Hulk Hogan, would be the smartest idea.  But apparently it doesn't matter.  She has a problem with what he said and she wants to take him to task as a result.

You go girl!  If you need any further dirt on Hogan to help your case, I'm sure Warrior is ready to assist you any way he can.
