TNA also pays Ken Anderson tons of loot not because of his track record of drawing money but because Dixie Carter is a mark for former WWE names. Anderson’s not the only one cashing large checks from the “West Orlando Mental Hospital” but rumor has it that the money train may be near the end of the line.
My only problem with Bubba the Love Sponge is that he was part of the problem in TNA. When he rightly says that “(a) lot of good radio people aren’t getting an opportunity because of these Hollywood people”, I hope Bubba doesn’t forget that he had no business having an on-camera role, when using that same line of thinking.
I don’t have all the answers but I know what should happen in wrestling.
