Let me first start off by saying, yes, the mouth sure is a great tag team partner when it comes to stuffing my mouth hole with food that are quickly shortening my lifespan. But aside from that, the mouth is also a great partner in crime when it comes to something else. And that ‘something else’ is what Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni wants to ban.
According to The South African News, Museveni has gone viral after recently speaking at a press conference and saying this:
“Let me take this opportunity to warn our people publicly about the wrong practices indulged in and promoted by some of the outsiders. One of them is what they call oral sex. The mouth is for eating, not for sex. We know the address of sex, we know where sex is.”
That’s right. Museveni actually said that your mouth is for eating and eating only. Check out video of the speech below:
Museveni also said this about oral sex way back in 2014, so clearly it’s not the first time he’s had an issue with oral sex:
“You push the mouth there, you can come back with worms and they enter your stomach because that is a wrong address.”
What’s the right address?
Museveni isn’t new to controversy as he outlawed homosexuality in Uganda in 2014, meaning the Anti-Homosexuality Act could send someone to life behind bars for breaking the law. This Act was eventually pulled by the Ugandan Constitutional Court.
Well, there are certainly some bizarre sex laws all around the world, and this is another one that is just baffling. But hey, what’s bizarre to us, may be pretty damn normal to someone else.
What do you think of this proposed ban?
