The Best Sport Sunscreen For Summer

Wearing sunscreen that rubs off and runs when you sweat is NOT a good idea. But,during the summer months, it’s pretty much unavoidable.  We’re loving the fact that so many sunscreen brands are now making “sport” versions of their sunscreen that are MORE sweat and water-resistant and still do the job of protecting our skin.  

According to the American Academy of Dermatology, it’s important to remember that even the best sunscreen is useless if you don’t actually put it on and apply it properly. Make sure to apply your sport sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going outside. Apply it even on cloudy days because as much as 80 percent of the sun’s ultraviolet radiation can sneak through the clouds, even when extremely overcast days.
