Amazon is one of the most known companies on earth, and its founder Jeff Bezos was briefly the world’s richest man. But even with all that success they still have glitches, and one glitch had the internet baffled.

It all kicked off when when tons of Amazon customers got an email from the company telling them to expect a gift from their baby registry. The email then displayed an image of a baby crawling. The issue? The majority of these customers didn’t make a baby registry, and more importantly aren’t pregnant.

Plenty of people were concerned that perhaps it was a phishing attempt as the link took users to a broken webpage. But not to worry because Amazon chimed in. Here’s what they told The Verge.

“A technical glitch caused us to inadvertently send a gift alert e-mail earlier today. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.”

And there was plenty of confusion. Just take a look at some of these responses.

Amazon, I know you’re worth billions, but get it together.
