This Man Carved A Replica Of The Wooden ‘Jumanji’ Board Game And It’s Freaking Perfect

Jumanji is a favorite of many people as the 1995 film seems to continue to get more and more popular as the years go by, especially with a reboot that is scheduled to come out this December. And since we all had a childhood fantasy to play the actual magic board game, sculptor Steve Richter decided to carve a replica of the classic board game. And let’s just say that it looks amazing.

The board game is actually functional and comes with all the game pieces and dice, but animals don’t come out of the game. At least we don’t think so. Now you can’t buy the board game from Richter, but you can get the game pieces, dice, and the cover cast on his Etsy page.

But for now check out some photos of this amazing replica thanks to imgur.

And you can check out the rest of the photos here. And if you’re like us you are wishing you had this board game in your hands right now.

Kudos, Richter. And until then…
