Well that’s mighty kind of them.

While this lady decided to hang on to her drugs by stuffing it in a suitcase, one person, probably accidentally, donated marijuana along with a bag of kids clothes to local second hand store Once Upon a Child.

And police in Minnesota decided to try and help this mysterious person by attempting to “reunite” them with their weed.

Let’s first check out the marijuana police came across.

The marijuana was separated into 111 bags, each containing 1 gram of cannabis. Here’s what the Maplewood police shared on their Facebook.

The post reads:

“If you accidentally donated 111 grams of marijuana along with your clothing earlier to a local store please come to the PD so we can reunite you! We know you spent a lot of time dividing them into these perfectly measured baggies & must be missing them.”

Police say that even if this person doesn’t come forward, they will most likely find him or her as they are reviewing security camera footage, and they have a copy of the form the person submitted when they donated the bag. Whoops.

“We do have a name that is associated. We don’t know if that is an accurate name or not. It’s something investigators will be following up with starting today,”Maplewood Police Chief Paul Schnell said.

Well, whenever this person is found they will be charged with possession and intent to distribute.
