Remember when your mom taught you to not cut toward yourself when using a knife? This is kind of the same thing, except the knife has been replaced by a steel railway track with the potential to do way more damage, and your mom has been replaced by a coworker.

Oh, and remember when your coworker at the five-second mark told you to be careful because the steel beam could snap back at you? Yeah, he was serious about that.
