If you’re OK with risking frostbite, then by all means strip down and head to your nearest snowy area in order to stay young — because who the hell wants to get old?

According to Metro, 32-year-old jogger Inna Vladimirskaya is revealing that she jogs and swims in the snow every weekend. Oh, while naked. Inna says she’s been doing this on the banks of the Dnieper river in Kiev for the past nine years because she believes that the super cold temperatures are what keep her looking young and healthy.

“Every week I take a run in the snow and then plunge into the water,” Inna explains. “Immersion in cold water makes the blood rush to the internal organs, activating their circulation, which helps break down fat and improve muscle tone.”

Inna also says that the cold temperatures helps beat muscle and joint pain and rejuvenates her skin because of the increase in oxygen supply.

Look, I deal with New York weather everyday, so I’m pretty sure that’s the equivalent of jogging naked in the snow. And yet I am still aging like Melisandre from Game of Thrones.

Inna also had this to share:

“The walrus looks much younger than its actual age, because it spends so much time in cold water. Humans can reap the same benefits if they are prepared to put the hard work in. I just make sure I don’t stay in the water too long, and as soon as I am out I dry myself and go straight to my warm car.”

I’ve never stared long enough at a walrus to wonder its age, but perhaps Inna has a point. The photos above were shot by Czech photographer David Tensinsky, and you can tell she still has all her fingers.
