Growing up, Kara Monaco was a former competitive gymnast and spent time as a dance team coach. She also worked at Disney World and was one of the cast who portrayed Cinderella, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, and Alice in Wonderland. She also worked as a bartender and lingerie model. Her measurements are 34C-24-34 and she weighs 108 lbs.

Kara Monaco was photographed for FHM and Mens Fitness. She began her association with Playboy when she was chosen as one of Playboys Sexiest Bartenders in 2004 and later made the cover of Playboy Special Edition Girls of Summer 2004. From there, she became the Playmate of the Month for June 2005 and the rest is history. She received $100,000 in prize money, a red and black 2006 Honda motorcycle and a 2007 Dodge Charger.

Kara said, My friend submitted my photos to Playboy and they called me the very next day. I wasnt sure what to do, but my Mom and sister said go for it, so I did. She added, I was so nervous. Kara Monaco has made appearances in The Girls Next Door, as well as the game show Identity and the television film Sliders, as well as Up Close with Carrie Keagan, Model Dating: Hawaii, the soap opera Passions and CSI: Miami. She also co-hosted Envy, an exercise video. As an outdoor enthusiast, she has pursued a spot on the Professional Wakeboarding Tour. Im hooked. I want to learn all the tricks.

In 2012, Kara Monaco landed on the CBS reality show Big Brother, but she was evicted, coming in 15th place. She told People, It was harder than I thought it would be. I guess what surprised me is definitely how much harder it is than you think it is going to be. It is not easy!
