Brittany has a half-brother and a half-sister.
Brittany Snow has spent nearly her whole life in front of a camera. She modeled as a very young girl in print ads for Burdines. At the age of 12, she played a troubled teen on the daytime soap "Guiding Light." She traveled back and forth between New York and Tampa for three years before she moved to Los Angeles at 15.
But it was her role on "American Dreams" that launched her career. Brittany Snow has also appeared on "Nip/Tuck," "The Pacifier," "Harry's Law," and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." Film roles include "John Tucker Must Die," "Hairspray," "Prom Night," and "Whisper of the Heart."
Brittany Snow said, "I have been acting since I was three and I never wanted to do anything else. I have never even thought about it."

Brittany said of picking roles, "Pretty much everything I pick, when it comes to choosing roles, is just based on things and material that grabs me.whether it's a comedy and it's really light, I feel like sometimes I need to do something like that. If it's something that's a little bit darker or more intense, if it's a really great story, then I gravitate towards that" (complex.com).
Brittany Snow has spoken openly about her battles with eating disorders, falling to a weight of 85 pounds when she was 17.
Brittan Snow is also involved with the charity LoveIsLouder.com, based on supporting the mistreated and those who feel alone. It was inspired after the suicide of Corey Haim. She added, "I started it, in general, because I've dealt a lot with my own struggles with bullying and depression. The thing that really helped me was doing something for someone else, reaching out and being among people who were going through the same thing" (macdirectory.com).
Brittany Snow said, "A lot of people perceive me as this good girl that, you know, doesn't do anything bad. And that's true, I guess. I think it's weird that people have a certain view of me.but I get away with a lot of stuff that nobody sees, which is really nice. I kind of like that."
