Born on January 29, 1990 and raised in Queens, New York, Lisa Ramos is an American model probably best known for creating a FlipBook with her friend Melanie Iglesias, as well as a rebuttal to Kate Upton’s “cat daddy” video. She also gives out advice to men on MTV2’s “Guy Code.” All that she’s done is a big accomplishment for a “girl from Queens, New York.”

At 19, she took a break from going to school and pursued her dream of becoming a model and ended up on Cycle 13 of “America’s Next Top Model.” Lisa had been a fan of the show since it first aired and even tried out for the other seasons, but couldn’t get in as she was shorter than the allotted 5’ 7” cut-off. Luckily, Cycle 13 was all about “the Shorties.” She was brought on during the second episode, but was eliminated that same episode following a “childhood photo reenactment” shoot. The judges said she gave a poor performance and had a timid personality.
Lisa said in an interview, “I didn’t let my personality shine through. I’m pretty laid back, I’m not a shouter or a squealer. I go with the flow and that came across as someone who wasn’t energetic or enthusiastic. It made me look like I didn’t want to be there.”
On her Tumblr, she wrote “Hi! I'm Lisa Ramos. I live in NYC but I love to travel and meet new people! Welcome to my tumblr where I'll be posting photos & information about my job, photo shoots, and projects.”
She wrote on exploremodeling.com, “I’m a very determined, dedicated, and driven individual. I've been modeling for about three years and I absolutely love it. I have been very lucky to have been given amazing opportunities and I am always looking forward to meeting more industry professionals I can learn from and help better my career.”
When not traveling, she lives in New York City.
