Her nicknames are “Kourt” and “Shorty.” She is the oldest child from Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner. She is a mix of Armenian and Scotch-Dutch heritage.
When she was 11, her parents divorced and she split time going back and forth between them. Her mother later married Bruce Jenner.
Kourtney Kardashian attended Marymount High School in Los Angeles, an all-girls private Catholic school. She spent two years of college at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and then transferred to the University of Arizona. She graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts with a minor in Spanish.

In 2005, Kourtney Kardashian joined the cast of “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive,” a reality series which failed. The series followed Hollywood kids who herded cattle across Montana.
In 2006, Kourtney created DASH, a clothing boutique with her sisters.
In 2007, she became part of “Keeping Up With The Karsdashians” after Kim’s sex tape with Ray J leaked. With it success, the spin-off “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” was launched in 2009.
And in 2011, another new series hit the air, “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” which chronicled the opening of a DASH store.

Kourtney, while not married, has a son and daughter with her partner Scott Disick.
Aside from her reality shows, Kourtney Kardashian and her sisters represent the skincare line “PerfectSkin,” a clothing line for Bebe, a sun tanner and a jewelry line.
As of April 2013, Michael Girgenti alleged he had a tryst with Kourtney while she was “on a break” from Scott in 2009, and Michael could possibly be the father to Kourtney’s son, Mason. As the reality show is based on a near real-life soap opera, it’s possible the allegations are all part of keeping the show in the news.
