In 2009, Madison left the show and the Playboy mansion after her break up with Hugh Heffner.
She told Life & Style Magazine, "Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls... You have to look a certain way at the mansion. If you look at Hef's girlfriend now, she basically looks like a clone of me. It's kind of weird."
After the break up Madison went on to host he own show on E! called "Holly's World," in which the cameras follow her through her new life in Las Vegas, NV performing in Peepshow at the Planet Hollywood. Also in 2009, Holly appeared on ABC's Dancing with the Stars but was voted off in the show's only double elimination episode in Week 4.
Madison is still performing in Peepshow revealed in mid-October that she and her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella are expecting a baby girl in March.
