The olive-skinned DD beauty is probably best known as winning the first-ever Miss Galaxy Australia 2012, a competition to promote "beauty for a purpose," which fits with Danni's mission statement of "beauty with heart." In fact, when Danni wore her Galaxy bikini, 15% of all sales went to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

Danni Johnson has been a proud representative and face of Veve Galmour Swimwear, Jetpilot Industries Australia, Glamorous Life Beachwear, Edaboc Streatwear, Maneater Swimwear, La Chic Boutique Evening Wear and has been featured in established publications including Maxim Australia, Zoo Weekly, Apollo, Boarders Magazine and Evokke.

As she states on her website, she is passionate about being a role model for young women everywhere. Danni Johnson is affiliated with organizations including Oxfam Australia, The Mater Children's Hospital, The Heart Foundation and Beyond Blue.

Danni Johnson puts up Daily Affirmations on her blog. She states, "I've always had a passion to make a difference in people's lives. When I was 15 I had the foresight to ask myself " What kind of person will I be proud of when I'm older? The answer was a community-person; someone who made the lives of others better; happier."

Danni Johnson believes "we have the free will to decide which possibility we want to put our attention on, we decide what questions will be asked, which thoughts we'll pursue. There is no certainty, only possibility and free will."

Danni Johnson adds, "Happy girls don't exercise because they're unhappy and don't love themselves. You are a happy girl. You exercise because your body loves it, it fills you with endorphins and makes you even happier with yourself, and because you love yourself and you deserve it." Her blog is filled with other inspirational tidbits, and even recipes that are healthy and tasty, such as spelt toast, ratatouille, and potato and bean salad.

Danni Johnson describes herself on her Twitter account as "awkward, clumsy, dorky, nerdy kid trapped in models body. some call it retarted, i prefer adorable. these are my thoughts " i apologize in advance."

Some of her favorite things: mangoes, reading, cycling, swimming, and movies. The person who inspires Danni Johnson most is Betty Williams, winner of the 1976 Nobel Peace Prize.
