Brittany Furlan has been featured on “Chelsea Lately” and “Jimmy Kimmel.” Brittany said, “I think my family finally understands that I’m not a WebCam girl.” She created a variety of characters including Natalie Nature, The Retired Beekeeper and True Gangsta.
Brittany said she doesn’t really have a favorite character. “I love all my characters the same. Each character represents a different part of my personality…as scary as that is. Personally, I think everyone has a little beekeeper in them….somewhere.” She said the Beekeeper character was based on the Nicki Minaj music video “Beez In the Trap.” “What a weird thing – bees in your vagina.”

Her taglines are “Puhhfest” and “Goodwill’s where the party’s at.” She does think that to be funny in 6 seconds is hard because ordinarily to tell a joke you have a chance to build to the punchline.
Brittany Furlan came up with the Goodwill line by “hanging out at Goodwill and realizing that it really IS where the party’s at: people hang out there all day waiting for good things to come out on carts. They talk and laugh and have a good time. All that place needs is dimmer lights, better music, and a full bar and it could be its own club.”
Brittany Furlan grew up in Philadelphia and moved to Los Angeles when she was 18 to pursue a career in acting. Her measurements are 34C-24-30 and she weighs 105 pounds.
She said in an interview with reinventioncliq.com that though she was reluctant to try another app, Vine is now her go-to. She began making videos because “I was just bored and it seemed like fun.” She admits she never thought about developing a following. “It still blows my mind when people say, ‘Wow you have over a million followers.” She thinks the looping factor adds 40% more comedy to any video.

She hopes to parlay her popularity into television and film. “I’m really inspired by female comedians…to be able to parley from Vine…would be a dream come true for me.”
She admitted that she uses comedy as away of coping with some of the more difficult things in life. Brittany Furlan is engaged to filmmaker Randal Kirk II and they reside in Los Angeles, California.
