Beth Riesgraf is a mix of German, Irish and French descent and has five older sisters. Growing up, she got interested in acting after her grandmother would take her to the theatre.

Though born in Minnesota, Beth Riesgraf attended Cimarron-Memorial High School in Las Vegas, where she was student body president, senior prom queen, a member of the photography club and voted “Most Admired Senior.” She graduated with honors.
She said she moved to Las Vegas when she was 13 and “did some things I’m not proud of. Even now the technical consultant on our show who taught me how to steal says I have the sweetest hands. I’m like, ‘Oh, if he only knew.’”
Beth Riesgraf said she wanted got get out of Vegas and went to L.A., where she started modeling. Modeling led to auditions, which lead to commercials. She has also appeared in “Alvin and the Chipmunks,” “Criminal Minds” and “My Name Is Earl,” among other projects.
She said aside from acting, “I would love to direct. Acting is still very much my passion, but I would love to write my own material and direct it. I would love to do more films because the pacing is so different. You get to take more time and it’s a shorter journey.”
Beth Riesgraf is also a photographer, and her photos have been published in a variety of magazines and exhibited in London, New York and Los Angeles.
She has a child, Pilot Inspektor Lee, born in 2003, from her relationship with ex-fiancé Jason Lee. She said about her son, “I get butterflies when I pick him up from school, I’m so happy to see him.”
Beth Riesgraf's personal interests include horses, pancakes and building forts. She resides in Los Angeles.
