Jessica Burciaga is too short and…uhhh…”curvy” to be anything other than an Instagram star and a page you pause on in Maxim, but actress Megan Good launched a magazine in LA yesterday, and since print magazines generate slightly more revenue than pay phones, they had a red carpet event and Jessica attended.
