Rihanna Will Testify If Needed
Those of you who don’t sympathize with battered wife syndrome should be happy to hear that regardless of Rihanna and Chris Brown’s current relationship (it’s still crap that they “got married” or “engaged” or any long term commitment, but they are back together from what I can tell), the singer will testify about her Domestic Disturbia according to her lawyer.
Rihanna’s lawyer Donald Etra said she could wind up testifying in the felony assault case, but only if she’s required to.
“She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do,” Etra tells Us Weekly. “If she is required to testify, she will do so.”
Rihanna was noticeably absent from Chris’ court hearing yesterday afternoon, but her lawyer was there on her behalf.
Etra refused a “no-contact order” on Rihanna’s behalf, which means Chris isn’t ordered to stay away from her.
Sounds like Rihanna is committing the biggest daytime talkshow sin: not listening to Oprah…
